Dreem™ is an AI-driven personal shopper app that facilitates seamless cross-border shopping by connecting users with personal shoppers for direct access to global retailers. Whether it’s a viral chocolate from Dubai or you can’t get an appointment at your local Hermes store, our personal shoppers at Dreem makes it easy to get what you want, your way, anywhere in the world.

Dreem™ is available globally for customers, except in certain countries affected by conflict. To see if the app can be downloaded in your region, please check your Apple or Google Store.

Currently, our personal shopper services are limited to South Korea, but we plan to expand our market reach in Dreem 2.0. Stay tuned for updates!

You can purchase a wide variety of products that may not be available in your home country. Whether it’s an exclusive K-pop album, snacks, or K-beauty products, your personal shopper will take care of it all for you. Dreem™ does not limit users in terms of product types in their shopping lists (before making a purchase, please verify that your items are not restricted in your country. Dreem™ is not responsible for any products that may be confiscated by customs). 

Moreover, Dreem™ is not just a basic shopping app; it’s also your all-in-one personal assistant! Whether you need recommendations for the best places to visit, a translator during your trip, or assistance navigating language barriers after an incident in Korea, Dreem™ has you covered in any situation.

Dreem™ analyzes customer trends and preferences using AI, providing personalized Dreem™ harnesses the power of AI to elevate the shopping experience by integrating a virtual assistant that offers personalized product recommendations tailored to individual preferences and shopping history. An AI-driven chatbot provides real-time support for common inquiries and seamlessly escalates complex issues to human representatives when needed. To optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction, our AI-powered job matching system connects shoppers with requests based on location, performance, and workload. Additionally, Dreem™ employs a robust fraud detection system that monitors transaction patterns to identify and prevent potential fraudulent activities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both shoppers and customers.

Yes, this option is available only if you choose Dreem’s logistics partner for shipping. If you opt for your own logistics partner or national post, you can only track your order outside of the app.

All personal shoppers are required to provide receipts for acquired items before shipping. At this stage, customers must review the receipts to ensure the items are authentic before proceeding with payment for shipping. If any items on the receipts were purchased from unauthorized retailers, you can request your personal shopper to return the items and acquire them through authorized retailers. Alternatively, you may request a refund through customer support on the app.

Personal shoppers are compensated only after each order is complete and the customer has received their items. If the order is not received in full, the personal shopper will not receive payment.

In-app customer support is available for any inquiries or issues you may have during your shopping experience.

Dreem™ supports various major international card payment methods to facilitate easy transactions for users, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Alipay, and more!

Once your package is picked up and in transit, Dreem™ is no longer liable for any issues that may occur. If you haven’t received your package or suspect it is missing, please contact your chosen logistics company directly. For those who opted to use Dreem’s official logistics partner and haven’t received a response, you can reach out to Dreem’s customer support for further assistance. If you’re concerned about potential mishaps, you can choose to pay extra for insurance, and Dreem™ will cover a portion of your package’s value if it’s confirmed lost after an investigation. To join Dreem™’s affiliate program, simply visit our website and fill out the affiliate application form. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a unique referral link and promotional materials to start earning commissions by promoting Dreem™.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the retailer from whom you purchased your item. If the retailer does not allow refunds, Dreem™ cannot issue any refunds. However, if the retailer permits a refund, we will process it for you and issue a refund after products have been inspected and approved. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to Dreem™’s office in Seoul, South Korea. For any concerns about your items, feel free to contact our customer support, and we will do our best to assist you.

Yes, however, a penalty fee of 50% of the total cart value will be deducted from your payment. If you cancel more than three orders, your account will be permanently banned.

If you cancel your request after being matched with a personal shopper, no penalties will apply initially. However, if you cancel your requests more than three times at one go, a fee of KRW 5,000 will be charged on your next order.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. With Korea Post’s cheapest option, it typically takes about 10 days to the East Coast, 7 days to the West Coast, and 5-7 days to Asia. If you choose the pricier EMS Express, shipping times can be cut in half. Please note, these are only estimates based on experience. For more accurate information, please visit the website of your chosen logistics provider.

Consumer tax is a mandatory requisite for all individuals shopping in South Korea, while customs tax applies to any goods surpassing the destination country’s free-tax limit. However, if you have opted for our “Traveler/Cabin Crew Program”, you will be eligible for a refund on the consumer tax upon application or it will not be imposed at checkout, you may verify this information through your personal shopper. To invite a friend to a group order, simply share the unique group order link generated within the app. Your friend can join by clicking the link and adding their items to the shared cart. Once everyone has added their selections, you can finalize and complete the group order together.

Yes, you can link your Dreem™ account to social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Google. By doing so, you’ll enjoy quicker logins and the ability to share your purchases or wishlist items. If you share your activity on social media, you can also earn reward points that can be redeemed for discounts or other perks.​
