how does it workA Step-by-Step Guide

Create an account on the Dreem™ platform to get started.

Before using Dreem™, prepare a list of your desired products, including links, images, price details, and budget. If you want to group purchase with friends, send them an invite link by tapping the (+) sign at the top right of your screen. This feature is available only in the premium version of Dreem 2.0. For more details on group purchasing, check out our FAQ page.

Tap on Dreem, the cloud icon, at the bottom of your screen to enter your details. After inputting your shopping list, budget, and the country you wish to shop in, submit the information to request a shopper.

Once matched with a personal shopper, you will instantly enter a chatroom where your shopper will verify product availability and confirm the prices you have pre-researched. After finalizing all items, your shopper will provide a detailed summary of the total cost. Upon your approval, they will issue payment instructions to complete checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your shopper will secure your items within 72 hours.

Once all products have been acquired within the time limit, your shopper will introduce you to shipping options. You can choose to use Dreem’s official logistics partners, which offer the safest and most cost-effective shipping, or you can opt for your preferred shipping method and send the label to the shopper through the app.

Once shipping is confirmed, your tracking number will be uploaded to the app, allowing you to track your package through Dreem (only if you used our official logistics partners). After receiving your products, you have 48 hours to confirm the package and review your shopper to earn reward points for future purchases. If no confirmation is provided, your order will be automatically marked as complete, and your shopper will be paid.
